本學期我擔任教學工作，結合初一學生的特點，特制定計劃如下：

一、指導思想

依據《課程標準》和“備教批輔考”的要求，認真貫徹“洋思中學的和理念”、

二、教學目標

根據課標要求，使學生對表現出積極性和初步的自信心，能聽懂有關熟悉話題的語段和簡短的；能與教師或學生就熟悉的話題交換信息；能讀懂簡單的書面材料；能參照范例或借助圖片寫出簡單的句子，使學生在聽說讀寫等各方面得到訓練和發展。

重難點：根據教材的.特點，加強語音和詞匯教學，加強語言的理解和運用。

措施：采用循序漸進的操練活動，例如結對活動和小組活動。由不同層次學生組成的和小組中，尖子生幫助后進生的同時，自己也復習了所學知識。在層次相同學生中，學生可按照自己的進度完成活動并操練語言。同時，讓學生運用重點語法和詞匯創造新的對話。課后作業讓學生復習重點詞匯及新的語法項目?；〞r間輔導語言不流利的學生。在開展結對活動之前，要確保每個人都理解詞匯的意義并知道活動如何進行?？傊浞诌\用任務型教學方式，讓學生積極主動學習。

三、課時安排

本學期教學任務共2個復習單元，12個基本單元，教學時間緊，任務重，每單元又都為新課。最后一課時做復習和練習，并適當安排單元測試。

定語從句：在復合句中修飾名詞或者代詞的從句叫做定語從句。先行詞是“人”時，用關系代詞who引導，先行詞是“物”時，用關系代詞that來引導

b.which作賓語時，根據先行詞與定語從句之間的語義關系，先行詞與which之間的介詞不能丟

c.代表物時多用which，但在帶有下列詞的句子中用that而不用which，這些詞包括all,anything, much等，這時的that常被省略

d.who和whom引導的從句用來修飾人，分別作從句中的主語和賓語，whom作賓語時，要注意它可以作動詞的賓語也可以作介詞的賓語

e.where是關系副詞，用來表示地點的定語從句

一、指導思想

二、本學期英語教學總目標

三、教材分析

大一教育版英語八年級（第二卷），全書共十單元。本教材各單元的主題靈活，貼近生活實際。本書中要學習的'語法知識點包括情態動詞、反身代詞、不定式、連詞、過去進行時、現在完成時、形容詞和副詞的比較級和最高級，每個單元分為A和B兩部分。這兩部分分別提供一篇閱讀文章，以訓練學生的閱讀技能，擴大學生的詞匯量和閱讀能力。

本學期重點是繼續學習詞匯和習語，語法知識點：情態動詞、反身代詞、一般將來時、不定式、連詞、過去進行時、現在完成時、形容詞和副詞的比較級和最高級等，現在完成時和連接詞是本書的難點和重點。

四、學習情況分析

本學期，我負責初中二年級五、六班的英語教學，共有83名學生。經過一年半的初中英語學習，一些學生已經能夠理解關于熟悉話題的短文和短篇故事，并且能夠就熟悉話題與老師或同學交流信息。然而，由于各種因素的影響，學生的發展是不平衡的。一些學生因為基礎不夠好而放棄了自己，他們努力學習。此外，在情感態度和學習策略方面還有許多問題需要進一步解決。例如，許多學生不能明確學習英語的目的，也沒有真正意識到學習英語的目的是交流。部分學生學習中缺乏小組合作意識，課前準備和課后復習不到位，沒有計劃和策略，不善于發現和總結語言規律，不注重知識的鞏固和積累。作為他們的英語教師，我們在這一時期應該做的是幫助學生改變態度，引導學生的學習方法，從而大大提高他們的英語水平。

五.教學措施

1、要按照課程標準深入學習教材，緊密聯系社會生活實際和學生實際，盡可能多地閱讀參考資料，提高教材的自控能力。靈活選擇教學方法，精心組織教材，精心設計教學計劃，備課實現“四有五儲備：腦中有課程標準，心中有教材，眼中有學生，手中有教學方法。準備課程標準、教材、學生、教學方法和學習方法。

九年級下學期這一階段的復習工作十分關鍵。面對著升學的壓力和任務，面對著這兩個班學生的英語程度相差很大的實際情況。我們要更加深入地研究教材，根據學科特點及學生特點研究切實可行的課堂教學模式和復習模式。同時，要進行分層次教學。對于基礎好的學生要加大知識的容量，拓展知識的層面，使他們更上一層樓；對于基礎較差的學生要因勢利導，因材施教，使他們在原有的基礎上有所提高、有所收獲，為將來的學習打好基礎。

一、學生情況分析

從本次期末的第一次質量預測的成績來看，九年級（7）、（8）兩班學生的英語學習情況和其他幾個班級很相似，學生英語水平普遍較差，成績好的不多，部分學生已經對英語失去了信心，還有一部分學生覺得英語越來越難，漸漸力不從心了，不感興趣了，發言也不是很活躍。針對這種情況，教學的時候需要注意在備課中增加趣味性，以此來提高學生對英語學習的興趣，同時注意在面對絕大多數學生時，注重打好基礎，從最基本的東西抓起，避免拔苗助長。

二、具體目標和措施：

針對以上實際情況，我準備從以下幾個方面著手，調整教學目標和教學措施：

1、繼續針對中考題型的要求，確定如何努力提高學生語言技能：

聽力方面：能聽懂課文大致內容；能抓住簡單語段中的觀點；回答比較簡單的問題。說即口語表達方面：能使用恰當的語調和節奏表達課文大意；能經過準備就一般話題作短暫表達。

閱讀理解方面是個重點，要求能理解閱讀材料中不同的觀點和態度；能通過分析句子結構理解難句和長句；加強閱讀理解的訓練。

寫作：能簡單寫出連貫且結構較完整的句子，能在寫作文中基本做到文體較規范、語句較通順；能夠較好的.達到中招考試對大多數學生的要求。

2、中招考試，既要突出重點，又要顧及全面，堅決堅持分類教學，分層推進的教學思想，使各類學生都能學有所獲，都能有所提高。針對學生英語基礎普遍較差的情況，從基礎抓起，抓好英語基礎知識。逐步做到語音、語調自然、得體；運用詞匯描述比較復雜的事物、行為和特征，說明概念，進一步掌握描述時間、地點、方位的表達方式等；盡可能學會使用規定的習慣用語或固定搭配，掌握基本句型和時態。避免平時考試中的常見性錯誤，提高學生應對考試的能力。

對于程度較好的同學，要逐一進行分析、談話，摸清他們的特點、思想和看法，有的放矢，促其進一步發展。

3、與其他各科教師搞好配合。使得每一個學生都能夠全面發展，不至于出現嚴重的偏科現象。

要面向全體學生，關注每個學生的情感，激發他們學習英語的興趣，幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心，使他們在學習過程中發展綜合語言運用能力，提高人文素養，增強實踐能力，培養創新精神。在此基礎上突出學生主體，尊重個體差異，讓學生在老師的指導下構建知識，提高技能，發展心智和拓展視野。
